Lee Ann Wilkinson - REALTOR

For over 20 years Lee Ann Wilkinson has focused on successfully bringing buyers and sellers together.  After obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from The University of Delaware, Lee Ann returned home to Sussex County and decided to join in the family business . . . Real Estate. Upon the completion of her first sale, Lee Ann realized that matching buyers with homes was something that she truly enjoyed and possessed a unique talent for!  Currently Lee Ann ranks number one in Sussex County and has ranked number one in the county for the last 10 out of 12 years.  Lee Ann has also consistently ranked in the top 30 in the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. network in the United States and Canada for the past several years. 

Lee Ann credits her success to simply doing what needs to be done!   She has developed The 5 Stars of Service, a system which guides the group in helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Dane Baich - Buyer's Agent

Born in Wilmington, Dane Baich moved to Lewes while in his teens and graduated from Cape Henlopen High School. After attending the University of Delaware, he joined Prudential Gallo Realtors as a sales associate at its Lewes location. Baich is extremely knowledgeable about the region and has gained a reputation as an honest and hardworking realtor. He is now with the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group working as a buyers agent.

Christine Davis - Buyer's Agent

Christine Davis joined the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2003 as a buyer's agent but also served as the listing coordinator. She has quickly become an expert in identifying the needs and wants of her customers and clients, and has become one of the top producers at Prudential Gallo, REALTORS®. Christine has a back ground in the Air Force - serving as a Staff Sergeant in Civil Engineering. She has had the opportunity to serve our country in Holland and New Mexico, and other locations around the world. After leaving the military, Christine worked for the board of directors of a large physician organization based in Milton. Christine moved to the area in 1999 and resides in Lewes.

Carrie Gentile - Listing Coordinator

Carrie Gentile joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2005 and performs the challenging job of Listing Coordinator with skill and accuracy. Previously, Carrie worked for a financial services company, where her experience there has proved to be a real asset in her current position. Raised in the Washington D.C. area, she and her husband relocated to Sussex County to allow their daughters to benefit from the unique, small-town atmosphere in the resort area.

Cyndi Myers - Settlement Coordinator

Cyndi Myers joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate business, she very capably and patiently assists buyers and sellers with the last phase of the real estate transaction - the settlement. Her demeanor and skill are invaluable to helping each party take care of the many details, and to making it seamless. Cyndi moved to Sussex County in 2005 from the Washington, DC metro area and loves living near the coast!

Linda Quigley - Settlement Coordinator

Linda Quigley has been a member of The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group for over 10 years and has been involved in the local real estate market for 26 years. Linda?s experience and reliability has played an integral role in the group's extraordinary success. Her strength lies in the understanding that, for most people, buying and selling their home is one of the most important life decisions that they make.

Dawn Singley - Personal Assistant

Dawn Singley is a relative newcomer to Delaware, having moved here from New Jersey in 1999. She joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2007. Dawn has worked in an administrative capacity for several real estate agencies in the area and offers a quickly learned knowledge of the area. She is usually the first friendly voice you hear when calling our office, since she is the Receptionist and Showing Coordinator. Dawn resides in Georgetown with her husband, Darrin, and their two chihuahuas, Shana and Cody.

Holly Wright - Website Content and Technical Assistant

Holly Wright is the newest member of the Lee Ann Wilkinson Group, joining us in the spring of 2008. Holly serves as the content manager for the company website and all other internet portals. Holly moved to Lewes in 2003 (another Washington area transplant!) following her parents who retired to Lewes in 2000. Holly lives in Lewes with two lazy labradoodles. 

Beth Heid - Advertising

Beth Heid joined The Lee Ann Wilkinson Group in 2006, after obtaining her Real Estate license in 2005 and working as an agent in the Rehoboth office at Prudential Gallo, REALTORS. Beth graduated with a degree in English Literature from the University of Delaware and brings over 15 years of Marketing and Public Relations experience in the health care, insurance and real estate fields. During her college summers, Beth and her husband met while working at Funland on the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. After living and working in South Carolina, Las Vegas and Baltimore, the Delaware beaches drew the Heid family back, where they now raise their two sons in Historic Lewes.
